Consultations & Fees

Insurance Patients

Mr Hariri is recognised by most major UK private health insurance providers. Consultation and treatment fees will typically be invoiced directly to your insurance company for settlement between Clinicol and your insurer. To ensure a smooth and efficient process, we recommend obtaining a pre-authorisation number from your insurance provider before booking your initial consultation. This helps confirm your coverage and avoids any potential issues with claim processing later.
We encourage insured patients to:
Contact your insurance provider to understand the details of your policy coverage for ENT consultations and treatments with Mr Hariri, especially regarding sleep surgery, snoring, and related conditions. Obtain a pre-authorisation number prior to booking your appointment with Clinicol. Bring your insurance details and pre-authorisation number to your consultation.
Partial Coverage and Shortfalls:
Some insurers may cover only parts of a procedure, and ultimately, it is the patient's responsibility to cover any shortfall in payment between the insurance coverage and the full cost of treatment from Mr Hariri. We will provide a written quote to ensure transparency throughout.

Self-Pay Patients

We also welcome self-pay patients. Transparency in pricing is a priority, and we provide clear information about consultation fees and potential additional costs.
Consultation Fees: £250
Mr Hariri's consultation fee is inclusive of his professional fees for any minor procedures performed during your consultation, such as microsuction or nasal endoscopy. However, hospitals and clinics will also charge a separate facility fee for the use of their equipment and premises during these procedures. You will be notified of this facility fee charge before any in-consultation procedures are undertaken.
Payment:
We request that payment in full be made at the end of the consultation. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Additional Charges:
For self-pay patients, hospitals and clinics will also charge an additional facility fee for the use of any equipment on their premises. This charge is independent of Mr Hariri's private practice fees and is set directly by the hospital/clinic. It is the responsibility of the patient to settle this directly with the hospital/clinic.
