ENT consultations are available at four London hospitals: The Platinum Medical Centre (Wellington HCA) in St John's Wood, The Clementine Churchill Hospital in Harrow, Hendon Hospital in Hendon, and Northwick Park TrustPlus in Harrow. Each location offers different days and times to suit your schedule.

How quickly can I get an ENT appointment?

Same-week appointments are often available across our locations. You can view real-time availability on our booking calendar and choose from available slots. Emergency appointments can usually be arranged within 24-48 hours by calling our team directly.

What's the difference between direct booking and request booking?

Accepted Answer

Direct booking takes you to the hospital's online portal for immediate booking, but may require reselecting your preferred time. Request booking guarantees your exact selected time and our team confirms within 30 minutes. Direct booking is fastest but request booking ensures your preferred slot is reserved.

Do you accept insurance for ENT consultations?

Yes, we work with all major insurance companies including Bupa, Aviva, AXA, Vitality, Healix, and WPA. Consultation fees are typically covered by insurance, though you should check your policy for any excess or limitations. We also offer self-pay options at £250 for initial consultations.

Can I book a same-day or emergency ENT appointment?

Emergency and urgent ENT appointments can often be arranged on the same day or within 24 hours. We understand that ENT issues can be uncomfortable and aim to see urgent cases as quickly as possible.

What are the consultation fees?

Initial ENT consultations are £250 for self-pay patients, and follow-up consultations are £150. These fees are typically covered by private medical insurance. Mr Hariri does not charge additional fees for in-clinic procedures such as nasal endoscopy and wax microsuction, however the hospital may charge an additional facility fee for these services.
