A detailed 20–30 minute evaluation — microscope ear examination, fibre-optic nasendoscopy where indicated, and a personalised plan. Please arrive 15 minutes early for hospital registration.

In line with CMA and PHIN transparency standards — a single £250 professional fee for every consultation, in person or virtual.
Fixed consultation fee — in person or virtual
Covers full specialist assessment, examination, diagnosis, treatment plan and your clinic letter to your GP.
If a minor procedure happens during your visit (e.g. microsuction, endoscopy), the hospital charges its own separate facility fee for sterile instruments and treatment rooms — billed by the hospital or your insurer, not by ClinicOl.
Gentle microscope-assisted clearance of wax or discharge.
High-definition camera examination of nose, post-nasal space and voice box.
Sealing of fragile septal vessels for recurrent nosebleeds.
Realignment of acutely displaced nasal fractures.

Pay online via NatWest Payit using your invoice reference (or DDMMYY-SURNAME).

Get a GP referral
Ask your GP for a letter recommending an ENT consultation.
Get pre-authorisation
Call your insurer with Mr Hariri’s details; note your pre-auth code and excess.
We bill them directly
Bring your membership + pre-auth numbers — MedServ settles with your insurer.
Any policy excess or shortfall in your contract remains payable by you.
